What Lunero needed
Childcare leaders need to respond in the moment and understand what happened afterwards. We helped define a product that connects alerts, human review and incident records, while keeping the sensitive video-processing work on site by design.
How we approached it
Make trust part of the product.
The architecture brief calls for on-site processing, role-based access and human review of proposed detections. The interface distinguishes AI-drafted information from content confirmed by a person.
Connect product and commercial thinking.
Our role spans commercial strategy, partnerships and product definition. We designed and built the front-end demonstration with AI tools, wrote the engineering brief, and developed the brand and website around the operator’s workflow.

Project status & imagery
The website is public. Dashboard, educator and parent app imagery uses staged data in isolated demonstrations. Detection capabilities and operational outcomes are being developed and validated with technical partners; these screens are not evidence of a live centre deployment.
