No. All prices are in AUD and GST is added.
Why is a care plan included in every package?
A website or tool needs hosting, updates, backups and the occasional change to stay useful. A care plan means that’s handled, with a clear monthly cost instead of surprise invoices.
How long is the care plan commitment?
There’s a 12-month minimum. After that it continues month to month.
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain, content and accounts are yours, and at handover you receive the accounts, code and guidance you need.
Who designs custom logo marks?
For the Signature package, the mark is designed with a specialist designer we work with. We manage the brief, concepts and feedback, so you deal only with us.
How do payments work?
Get Online and Launch: 50% to start and 50% at launch. Signature and portals or tools: 40% to start, 40% at an agreed milestone and 20% at launch. Portals and tools begin with a paid discovery session, credited to the build if you go ahead.
Do you use AI?
We use AI tools to accelerate builds. We own the design decisions, review, testing and delivery, and only take on work we can understand, check and support.
What if I need something that isn’t listed?
Get in touch. The packages cover most small business needs, and anything else is scoped and quoted individually. Additional work outside a care plan is $120/hr + GST.
