Online bookings

Tutors & coaches / Booking & payments

Less scheduling.
More teaching.

Tutoring runs on weekly slots, terms and packs of sessions, and the person booking is often a parent, not the student. We set up booking and payments around how lessons actually run, so families can book, reschedule and pay without messaging you.

Where the time goes

Tutors & coaches
01

The weekly slot is a negotiation

Sport, exams and holidays move lessons every week, and each change happens by text.

02

Term invoices take a weekend

Working out who owes what for the term, minus cancellations and make-ups, is admin nobody enjoys.

03

Parents and students both need updates

Reminders go to the wrong person, and lesson notes live in your own documents.

What gets set up for tutors and coaches

  • 01Recurring weekly lessons, with a clear reschedule and make-up policy

Questions

Tutors & coaches
Can families book a regular weekly time?

Yes. Recurring lessons hold the same slot each week, and your reschedule rules decide how changes work.

Can I charge by the term?

Tutoring platforms support term billing and packs. Simpler tools handle packs of sessions paid upfront.

Does it work for online lessons?

Yes. Zoom or Google Meet links can be added to each booking automatically.

I only teach a few students. Is it worth it?

For a handful of students, a free scheduling tool and payment links may be enough. We’ll tell you if that’s the case.
